Who We Are

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) serves the campus community through education, advising and training, and university-wide programming. The Carl A. Fields Center and the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center are both housed within the Office of Diversity and Inclusion-Campus Life. ODI is staffed by deans, an administrative assistant, Center directors, and program coordinators.

What We Do

Gender + Sexuality Resource (GSRC) Center

With a focus on the student co-curricular experience, the Gender + Sexuality Resource Center engages all members of the Princeton community through education, training and programming on gender and sexuality. Staff members provide individual and group support for students, and serve as a resource and content expert for the campus.

Carl A. Fields Center

The Carl A. Fields Center empowers, engages, and educates individuals to develop, implement and support systems of inclusion. The center fosters growth and unity by advancing student learning through programs and experiences that integrate self-awareness, multicultural and intercultural communication skills, social justice education and leadership opportunities.
